Edit: Edited to clarify the point which may have been too subtle for those who are shunning reason in favor of faith: By denying the clear and direct pointing of the term "bible" to the xn bible, replacing it arbitrarily with whatsoever one desires, one severs the only possible link to meaning for the term, in exactly the same way that one does when one take a word like "table" and simply stipulates that it does not mean that raised horizontal surface upon which one may eat or place items, but rather means whatsoever one desires, such as "running about naked chasing butterflies in which to engage in sexual intercourse." No longer need the term even be a noun, or even singular, rather it becomes at best a wholly meaningless collection of letters, which if we hold the individual to the principle upon which he bases his choice to abandon meaning, themselves are arbitrary, inconsistent, and also wholly without meaing, thus doubly ensuring that there cannot be any change of any meaning whatsoever in the claims containing such letters or words.

The shorter explanation would be merely to cite the logical fallacy of equivocation, but since the very existence of reason as well as reality are denied by some persons who wish to place their "faith" above reality and reason, it seemed worthwhile to offer up a longer more in depth explanation. Not that I expect reality and reason to b e sufficient to create any doubt of that faith, or to change the logically indefensible behavior and claims.

Nice ad hominem attempt. So your follow up tactic to the failure of trying to abandon meaning is to try to focus attention on another person rather than address any issue honestly and reasonably?
